The Bizstory MiniArt II Klimt Kiss Enamel Keychain brings the golden sensuality of Gustav Klimt’s 1907 masterpiece to a wearable form through a meticulously crafted hard enamel pendant. The rectangular panel measures 38 mm by 50 mm and depicts the central embracing couple from The Kiss, scaled and recomposed to fit the portrait format while retaining the most recognizable facial and fabric elements. The gold-leaf effect of Klimt’s original is reproduced using a metallic gold enamel mixed with 23-karat gold leaf flakes at 0.15 mm average flake size, stirred into the enamel matrix and applied in a single flood fill across the 60 percent of the panel surface covered by the golden robes. The figure skin tones are rendered in a custom flesh-tone enamel fired at 780 degrees Celsius, a lower temperature than the gold layer to prevent metallic separation during kiln cycling. The dark background uses a semi-translucent black enamel that allows the stamped metal texture to show through, replicating the mottled depth of Klimt’s original background treatment. All enamel layers are ground flat to 0.02 mm planarity after firing and polished to a mirror gloss using felt wheel and cerium oxide compound. Net weight is 20 g.
