The bowl base is cast from white opaque polyurethane resin at 35 mm diameter and 20 mm depth, with the rim decorated in a traditional blue and white onomatopoeia pattern applied via waterslide decal transfer before the first resin pour. The broth layer is poured using a transparent amber tinted resin mixed with a small quantity of titanium white pigment to replicate the milky opacity of pork bone tonkotsu stock, cured under 405 nm UV light for 90 seconds per 2 mm layer to prevent color separation. Ramen noodles are individually shaped from 0.8 mm diameter natural fiber twine soaked in resin and arranged in a loose nest pattern atop the broth layer before the final pour sets them permanently in place. Toppings including a half chashu pork slice, a soft-boiled egg half, nori seaweed sheet, and scallion rings are sculpted from polymer clay, painted with acrylic, and embedded into the top resin layer.
