The Bizstory SportEdge III Bicycle Frame Alloy Keychain is a tribute to the engineering elegance of road cycling, cast in zinc alloy at 1:20 scale representation of a classic diamond bicycle frame. The keychain body spans 70 mm in length and 40 mm in height, reproducing the top tube, down tube, seat tube, chain stay, and seat stay geometry of a vintage lugged steel racing bicycle with hollow dropout castings at both axle positions. A 3 mm diameter cast wheel ring is integrated into each dropout to complete the visual silhouette without requiring separate wheel assembly. Spokes are reproduced as 0.6 mm cast rods in a 24-spoke crossed pattern on each wheel, the thinnest section achievable in zinc alloy die casting at standard production tolerances. A chrome electroplate at 2.5 microns deposits a mirror-bright finish across the frame tubes, while the wheel rings receive a contrasting matte black powder coat baked at 190 degrees Celsius. Handlebar and saddle details are cast as separate 2 mm micro-components and adhesive bonded to the main frame after finishing. The attachment eyelet is integrated into the seat post top, allowing the bicycle to hang correctly oriented when on a keyring. Net weight is 28 g.
