The Bizstory LuxeMetal I Brushed Stainless Steel Keychain represents minimalist design philosophy executed at the highest level of material quality, crafted from 316L marine-grade austenitic stainless steel for uncompromising durability and elegance. The pendant measures 55 mm by 22 mm and is waterjet-cut from 3 mm sheet stock to a geometric form combining a rectangular body with radiused 4 mm corners and a 12 mm circular loop at one end. The face surface is directionally brushed using a 240-grit Scotch-Brite wheel running at 1,200 RPM, producing parallel micro-grooves at 0.8 micrometer Ra roughness that reflect light in a soft, satiny sheen without the fingerprint accumulation of mirror polish. The reverse face is mirror-polished to Ra 0.1 micrometer using a five-stage buffing sequence through silicon carbide, alumina, and chromium oxide compound wheels. An area of 35 mm by 12 mm on the mirror-polished reverse is reserved for laser engraving of a name, monogram, or short text at 0.3 mm stroke width and 0.2 mm engraving depth. The stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance in chloride-rich environments including seawater, sweat, and industrial cleaning agents. No plating, no lacquer, no paint: the material itself is the finish. A heavy 8 mm jump ring of 316L steel is welded and polished. Net weight is 25 g.
